  • Identifying users within the app
  • Matching contacts with registered users
  • Sending and receiving tasks
  • Scheduling alarms and reminders
  • Providing core app functionality

We do not sell user data.

3. Phone Number and OTP Verification

  • Phone number is used as the primary account identifier.
  • OTP (One-Time Password) is used for secure login.
  • Phone numbers cannot be changed after registration.
  • We do not use your phone number for marketing purposes.

4. Contacts Permission Usage (READ_CONTACTS)

Purpose

  • To show which of your contacts are using our app.

Processing

  • Contact phone numbers may be securely transmitted to our servers for matching.
  • Only matched users are displayed.

Data Handling

  • We do not store your full contact list.
  • Contact data is processed temporarily and deleted after matching.

User Control

  • Permission is optional and can be revoked anytime.

5. Task Sharing and Communication

  • Users can send tasks to other registered users.
  • Task data is transmitted via our servers.
  • We do not share task data with any third parties.
  • This app supports only task-related communication (not general messaging).

7. Alarm and Notification Features

  • The app schedules alarms and reminders for tasks.
  • Exact alarm permissions are used for precise timing.

8. Data Storage and Retention

Account Data

  • Stored on our servers until the user deletes their account.

Task Data

  • Stored for task delivery and app functionality.
  • May be retained for task history or processed temporarily.

Temporary Processing

  • Contact data is processed temporarily and deleted after use.

We do not retain unnecessary data.

10. Google Drive Backup

  • Users can back up data to their personal Google Drive.
  • This feature is optional.
  • We do not store backup data on our servers.
  • Users can delete backups anytime from Google Drive.

14. Permissions We Use

Our app requests the following permissions to provide core features and functionality:

Advertising

  • Advertising ID (AD_ID): Used by advertising services (such as Google AdMob) to provide personalized or non-personalized ads and prevent fraud.

Contacts Access

  • READ_CONTACTS: Used to identify which of your saved contacts are using our app. Contact data is processed securely and not stored permanently on our servers.

Notifications and Alerts

  • POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Used to send task alerts, reminders, and important updates.
  • VIBRATE: Used to provide vibration alerts for notifications and alarms.

Alarm and Background Functionality

  • SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM / USE_EXACT_ALARM: Used to trigger task reminders at exact scheduled times.
  • WAKE_LOCK: Ensures alarms work properly even when the device is idle or locked.
  • RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: Allows the app to restore alarms and reminders after device restart.

Foreground Services

These permissions are used to run essential background tasks such as alarms, reminders, and active app services while ensuring proper system performance.

Full-Screen Alert Permission

Our app may use full-screen intent permission to display important alerts such as task alarms.

Purpose

  • To ensure users are notified of important tasks at the exact scheduled time
  • To display alarm screens even when the device is locked or in use
  • We used to allow users to perform task actions such as complete or cancel directly from the notification

Usage

  • Full-screen alerts are shown only for time-sensitive events such as task reminders
  • This feature is used strictly for core app functionality

User Control

  • Users can manage notification and alert settings through their device settings.

Media and Storage Access

Purpose

  • To allow users to select images for profile or tasks.

Permissions

  • READ_MEDIA_IMAGES (latest Android)
  • READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (for older Android versions, if applicable)

Data Handling

  • Media is accessed only when selected by the user.
  • We do not access or store media without user action.

Important Notes

  • We only request permissions that are necessary for core app functionality.
  • Users can grant or revoke permissions at any time through device settings.
  • We do not misuse permissions or collect unnecessary data.

All permissions are used strictly to enhance user experience and provide essential features such as task sharing, reminders, and contact-based user discovery.

15. Account Deletion

Users can delete their account from within the app.

  • All personal data (phone number, name, photo, tasks) will be permanently deleted.
  • This action cannot be undone.

  • Remove Google Drive backups manually
