Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Youliable account and all associated data at any time — directly from within the app. No email required.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Once you delete your account, all your data — including your profile, tasks, history, and connections — will be permanently removed from our servers. There is no way to recover this data after deletion.

How to Delete Your Account

Follow these steps inside the Youliable app:

Open Settings

Tap the gear icon on your profile or main menu to open the Settings screen.

Go to About App

Scroll down and tap "About App" inside the Settings menu.

Tap Delete Account

Tap the "Delete Account" option at the bottom of the About App screen.

Confirm Deletion

A confirmation dialog will appear. Read the warning carefully, then confirm to permanently delete your account.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

Profile & Account

Your name, phone number, and profile photo are permanently removed from our servers.

All Tasks

Every task you created, sent, or received — including running and pending tasks — is deleted.

Notifications

All notification history and pending alerts linked to your account are cleared.

User Connections

All connections with other users are removed. You will no longer appear in their contact matches.

Task History

Your complete task history and activity timeline is permanently erased.

Authentication Data

Your OTP-verified phone number and session data are deleted from our authentication system.

Data Retention After Deletion

After account deletion, we may retain certain anonymised or aggregated data for a limited period as required by law or for fraud prevention. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

📦 Note on Google Drive Backups

If you previously backed up your data to Google Drive, those backups are stored in your personal Google Drive account and are not deleted automatically. You must manually delete them from your Google Drive.

Google Play Compliant

This account deletion process complies with Google Play Developer Policy. Users can delete their account and all associated data directly from within the app without needing to contact support.

If you are unable to access the app or need assistance deleting your account, please contact us and we will process your deletion request manually within 30 days.
