Youliable works in 5 simple steps: download the app, sign up with your phone number, create a task by typing a title, assign it to any person by name or phone number, and track progress in real time. The assignee receives a notification and can accept or decline the task.

Do both people see updates in real time?

Yes — when a task is accepted, rejected, completed, or edited, both the sender and receiver see the update instantly. There is no need to refresh, and no 'any update?' messages required.

Can I assign a task to anyone?

You can assign a task to any Youliable user. Search for them by name or phone number. They need to have the app installed, but signing up takes less than two minutes.

What happens when I assign a task?

When you assign a task, the other person receives an instant push notification with the task details. They can accept it — taking ownership — or decline it with a reason. Either way, you are notified immediately.

Is Youliable similar to Trello or Asana?
